Skill set MATLAB , M-scripting , Modelling , C programming, Autosar Domain knowledge Automotive , Automotive software development Job Description MBD Methods and Tool Support – MBSEMust Have Skill: • Strong experience in Model-Based-Development for embedded softwaredevelopment• Strong with M-scripting, M script based automation, GUI ,APP• Good programming skills C•Hands on Control Model development exposure• Should have hands-on experience indeveloping MA check and MAAB rules•Knowledge in software development processesand tools• Experience with developingcustom tooling within the MATLAB / Simulink /Stateflow / Embedded Coder / M-Scriptingenvironment, for automation, modelrefinement, model quality evaluation /checking, process implementation, and anyother relevant aspects• Track recordof driving improvements in practices,processes, methods• Stronginterpersonal communication and problem-solving skills• Self-starter who canwork cross-functionally with other people•Good team working skills in an internationalenvironment Good to Have:

• Very goodunderstanding of automotive systems andfeatures.
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management tools, MXAM,Reactis, BTC• Simulink verificationand validation• Experience with Model Based Development in automotive softwareapplications• Familiarity with AUTOSAR(Classic and Adaptive) concepts,architecture, specifications, andconfiguration• Experience with versioncontrol using GIT, Jira.
• Exposure toSIL and MIL ECU development process.
• Experience in building automotive MIL ECUcontrol models using Simulink–State Flow.
• experience in SL test Suite and MUT Test Procedure

3. Create And Maintain Documentation Related To Enhancements And Compliance With Cmmi Standards, Ensuring That All Client Requirements Are Thoroughly Documented And Communicated.
4. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Matlab Development Practices And Principles, Fostering A Collaborative And Productive Team Environment.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather, Clarify, And Validate Requirements For New Developments And Enhancements, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives.
