Senior Spring Boot Developer - Hibernate

Job Summary

• Core Java (5+ years) with strong backend development skills

• Spring Framework & Spring Boot (hands‑on)

• REST API development

• SQL database knowledge

• Cloud‑native development: Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP

• ORM experience: Hibernate / JPA

• Unit testing: JUnit, Mockito (TDD/BDD understanding preferred)

• Version control & CI/CD basics: Git

• Agile development practices

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Applications Using Spring Boot And Hibernate, Troubleshooting Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests To Ensure Optimal Performance And User Satisfaction.

2. Provide Client Support By Delivering Timely Updates, Presenting Data, And Managing Ticket Resolutions While Monitoring Client Requirements And Adhering To Established Schedules For On-Time Delivery.

3. Create And Update Documentation Related To Enhancements, Ensuring Compliance With Cmmi Standards And Client Requirements.

4. Offer Technical Mentorship And Guidance To Junior Developers, Fostering Skill Development And Adherence To Best Practices In Spring Boot Development.

5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather Detailed Requirements For Development, Translating Business Needs Into Technical Specifications.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Spring Boot, Java, And Hibernate Technologies.

2. Familiarity With Restful Apis And Microservices Architecture.

3. Experience In Troubleshooting, Debugging, And Enhancing Existing Codebases.

4. Good Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies Such As Agile And Devops Practices.

5. Basic Understanding Of Database Technologies And Sql.
