Job Summary

The Senior Product Specialist plays a critical role in conceptualizing and delivering innovative TIBCO solutions/products to the market. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of TIBCO-based products. The Senior Product Specialist is instrumental in driving solution revenue for HCL by leveraging deep expertise in TIBCO technologies and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver The Successful Launch Of Tibco Prototypes By Defining Functional Specifications, Creating A Release Plan, And Developing A Comprehensive Product Roadmap.

2. Conduct In-Depth Assessments Of The Financial And Commercial Viability Of Tibco Products By Analyzing Market Trends And Customer Requirements.

3. Execute Product Launches By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams For Tracking Productization Efforts, Go-To-Market (Gtm) Planning, And Revenue Projections.

4. Identify Opportunities For New Tibco Solutions By Sourcing Directly From Customer Interactions And Proactively Understanding Client Needs.

5. Manage, Guide, And Develop The Product Team, Fostering An Environment Of Collaboration And Continuous Improvement In Tibco Product Development.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert-Level Proficiency In Tibco Technologies, Including Tibco Bw, Tibco Bwce, Tibco Bpm, Tibco Ebx, And Tibco Ems.

2. Excellent Understanding Of Product Management Methodologies And Best Practices, Particularly In The Context Of Tibco Solutions.

3. Strong Analytical Skills To Evaluate Product Viability And Market Potential Using Tibco Platforms.

4. Proven Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Manage Project Timelines And Deliverables Within Tibco Environments.
