Key Responsibilities

  • Help SAOs on Governance of KPI • Prepare & run weekly / monthly reports • Co-ordinate with Various Partner to collect data around KPI & perform analysis • Run weekly Governance Call for each KPI • Maintain, update, and follow up on JIRA’sfor improvement action items.
  • Perform audit of the service request • Prepare management reports on various KPI’s Work on any project / assignment given by SAP Service Area Owner
