Job Summary

7-9 years of Experience in Documentum 22.4 plus Tungsten Capture version 11.1
Experience in Documentum version 22.4
Experience in Tungsten Capture version 11.1 and KTM 7.1.0
Experience using Documentum DFC api, TBO or SBO customizations
Experience in Java and VB.net are needed. Skills in SQL, REST Api, JSON, Modern OAuth 2.0 are a plus.

• Experience in Red Hat or similar Linux OS, Windows Server 2022
• Should have extensive background in Documentum applications such as: Content Server, x Plore, DA, Webtop, DFS, XCP is a plus
• Work in a team environment at customer’s sites to implement and support products from Documentum and Tungsten (formerly known as Kofax)
• Work closely with a Documentum/Tungsten(Kofax) Project Manager to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers in support of system implementations
• The Application Consultant will conduct the following customer/site related tasks:
• Implement software in multi-vendor environments
• Perform business rule analysis
• Creating new or enhancing custom batch jobs using the DFC API as well as TBO custom code
• Experience using Tungsten Capture native batch classes along with batch classes synchronized to use KTM 7.1.0 advanced form recognition
• Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
• Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
• The Application Consultant will learn and understand the Documentum plus Tungsten product line through self-study, classroom training or general application in the field.
• Willing to work in afternoon shifts IST and going beyond, weekend on call/night support, etc. based on the criticality and business urgency.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  Self-starter that will take ownership of assignments and drive to completion with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
