Job Summary
Value-stream workshops, business cases, transformation narratives
Lead business consulting efforts to translate executive problem statements into actionable AI use cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps. Drive value-stream workshops with CXOs to identify high-impact opportunities and shape strategic pursuits. Build compelling transformation narratives and partner closely with GTM and offerings teams to align solutions with business value. Mentor and guide Business Value Consultants to scale structured, repeatable value-led engagement models.
Key Responsibilities

Run value-stream workshops with CXOs and account teams for strategic accounts.

Translate business problems into prioritized AI use cases and business cases.

Partner with GTM leads on account hypotheses and with Offerings & Solutions on offer relevance.

Create repeatable business narratives for Advisory, Codex/AIForce, and Agentic Process Transformation.

Coach Business Value Consultants on workshop design, value modeling, and account prioritization.
