About the role
Job Summary

Elicit requirements so when there are business changes, be able to know what is required business do differently and standardize the process

Having set of skills: Data analyst, reporting (no need advance level because having person is working on data reporting)

Be able to grasp what business wants to reach the GAP of business and transfer to respective teams

Produce relevant documentation and keep them timely updated and transparent with the team

Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and customer feedback to a variety of different stakeholders and executives

Apply strong Business Analysis skills and methodologies to ensure that what is produced is aligned and value maximized for our customers

Engage and discuss with the client on the status of a project, as well as constantly ensure our clients' requirements are understood by the team
-
Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
-
Support and review the testing scenarios, test data and defects verification throughout the delivery
-
Represent the project team at workshops, presentations, showcases, and other meetings as appropriate, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the engineering team
Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
-
Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.

Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
Skill Requirements
-
At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Owner with highly developed Technical Analysis skills (Also open to Middle Level with at least 3 years of experience working as BA/PO)

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong Presentation capabilities;

Good Project management skills, transformation skills

Very good critical thinking, “dare to speak up”, provide consulting to business
-
Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mock-ups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
-
Good skill in Elicitation and Requirement analysis & documentation with a high-level focus on details
-
Hands-on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Owners, Solution Designers and Architects

Working knowledge of technical concepts (e.g. user interfaces, API, databases system integration) and dealing with technical stakeholders
-
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with detail-oriented mindset
-
Experience with Agile methodology, especially Scrum framework
-
Experience in the UI/UX or understanding of user-centric mindset
Other Requirements
1.Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.
