About the role
Job Summary
This role supports procurement operations by assisting with foundational supply chain management tasks. The individual will gain exposure to procurement processes, supplier interactions, and basic data management, contributing to the efficiency of the procurement function within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop basic familiarity with procurement systems and tools such as SAP Ariba to support routine purchase order creation and tracking.

Assist in initial supplier data entry and maintenance using Excel and internal procurement platforms.

Support foundational tasks in invoice processing and document verification using procurement software.

Learn and apply basic procurement policies and compliance requirements in daily activities.

Participate in team meetings to understand supply chain workflows and contribute to process documentation.
