Job Summary

Blue Yonder SCPO (Demand/ESP) experience

BY + PL/SQL Support Engineer with strong production support experience (incident management, batch monitoring, PL/SQL, and root cause analysis)
-
Handle P1/P2 incidents, service requests, and defects within SLA timelines
-
Batch Monitoring & Planning Execution
-
Production support includes job scheduling and system monitoring activities
-
Required expertise includes PL/SQL troubleshooting and techno-functional SCM knowledge
-
Enterprise setup highlights change/configuration tasks in ESP/Demand environments
-
Knowledge on Integration & Interface Support
-
Enterprise profiles highlight Demand + ESP expertise across supply chain lifecycle
-
Strong in: SQL / Oracle PL-SQL, Unix/Linux basics and Job scheduling & monitoring tools
-
Experience - 4-8 years in production support and supply chain planning tools
Key Responsibilities
-
To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
-
To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
