Job Summary

JD for OPS Profile:

Technologies: Linux, Unix shell script, SNOW, Azure CI/CD, release deployment, Patch management, Oracle DB ( nice to have ), IPC ( If candidate is already known for ING project )

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Should be familiar day to day production support activities like incident resolution, on-call support at rotation basis
2. Should be familiar Linux platform and good knowledge of Unix shell script
3. release deployment in ACC and PROD environment with validation checks
4. UAT support with other payment engines
5. Should be familiar with recurrent monthly activities like Vulnerability fixes, patch cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

To support as an Subject Matter Expert:

1. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

2. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.

3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

4. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.

5. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
