Job Summary
Exchange Online (EXO) – Email Engineer – Tenant Migration (Quest Tool) - 1. Administer and support Exchange Online during tenant‑to‑tenant migration projects.

Plan and execute mailbox migrations using Quest Migration tools.

Perform discovery and readiness assessments for mailboxes and mail flow.
-
Configure and validate connectors, transport rules, and mail routing.
-
Manage migration waves with minimal user disruption.
-
Monitor Quest migration jobs and troubleshoot mailbox issues.
-
Coordinate with business users for pre‑migration and post‑migration validation.
-
Handle shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and permissions migration.
-
Ensure mail flow continuity and data integrity throughout the migration.
-
Support security configurations including anti‑spam, anti‑phishing, and compliance.
-
Coordinate with Teams and Share Point teams for dependency alignment.
-
Communicate migration timelines and user guidance clearly.
-
Maintain migration documentation, reports, and status updates.
-
Support post‑migration stabilization and user issue resolution.
-
Engage Quest and Microsoft support for complex migration issues.
