Job Summary

• Atleast 8+ years of experience of Service Now development

• Atleast 5+ years of work experience in GRC IRM (Integrated Risk Mgmt) modules and 3P integration

• Atleast 5+ years of work experience in Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) in GRC

• Atleast 2+ years of work experience in Workflow and Automation

• Expert in Development of existing and custom applications within Service Now.

• extensive Experience in package creation, ongoing authorization, and monitoring.

• Strong experience in the Java Script, Data policy, Business Rules, APIs, GRC modules functionality and the Custom modules.

• Having extensive Build and maintain authorization boundaries.

• Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution.

• Automate Authorization and Monitoring process in CAM.

• Should have experience in CMDB & Discovery

• Follow Service Now best practices (including scripting, security, implementation)

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Should have CAD (Certified Application Developer) Certification

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

2. To support as an SME

3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated

5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology

6. To review project deliverables.

7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
