Job Summary
The Product Marketing role crafts positioning, messaging, and content for industry-specific GenAI solutions. This role is essential for developing solution narratives and driving internal awareness and external campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for the AI Force platform, refining the AI narrative, messaging and market positioning through go-to-market and experiential campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance brand awareness.

Product Launch Leadership: Lead end-to-end product pre-launch and launch planning, including strategy, timelines, messaging and execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize milestones and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Positioning & Messaging: Create clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks, GTM materials, enablement content and conceptual/demo videos that demonstrate how AI Force drives service transformation for clients.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, email and other channels to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline and increase product adoption.

Content & Enablement Management: Develop and maintain product website content, sales enablement tools and all GTM materials to support internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Interlock with vertical marketing teams, develop and own the ABM strategy for strategic accounts and partners, leveraging 1:1 and 1:few programs to maximize engagement and influence.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track AI industry trends, analyze analyst reports and perform competitive analysis to inform GTM strategy, positioning and product development.

Performance Measurement & Analytics: Measure and report on marketing and GTM program performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Own and manage the product marketing budget, allocating resources across campaigns, programs and initiatives to maximize ROI and impact.
Skill Requirements
Qualifications:

10-12 years of B2B marketing and product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software companies.

Proven track record of creating and executing successful product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, including product launches.

Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights to drive strategy.

Expertise in positioning, messaging and value proposition development.

Experience in sales enablement, developing collateral, training and tools that support revenue growth.
