Senior Technical Lead - Silicon Platform Validation, Python

Job Summary

• Roles and responsibilities1. Respond to and triage support questions and support requests from Meta engineers on Linux based Source Control Systems.2. Extract relevant information from log files and other sources to debug, identify owners or root causes Write basic tools and test cases to improve the speed and quality of support 4. Work with technical writers to improve documentation in areas covered by support 5. Produce reports for leadership with data on performance of the program 6. Provide insights and suggestions on product development and the product roadmap; contribute to product development. Skills(Couple of years of hands on experience) on belowBS/MS in CS or equivalent practical experience.Experience in Linux Systems, GDBExperience in GIT, Mercurial, Sapling is a plus3+ years experience building software systems; strong fundamentals in data structures, debugging, and design.Proficiency in one or more languages(backend and frontend) used for large-scale development (e.g., Java/Python/PHP/JavaScript/TypeScript).Database systems

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect complex memory layout solutions using advanced design methodologies and tools such as Verilog, VHDL, and System Verilog, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. Optimize memory allocation and data access patterns leveraging DRAM, SRAM, and cache technologies to enhance system throughput and efficiency.
3. Evaluate and integrate industry-leading memory management algorithms, applying expertise to address latency, fragmentation, and power consumption challenges.
4. Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team, promoting best practices and fostering proficiency in memory layout design.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into high-performance architectural solutions using simulation and modeling platforms like Cadence and Synopsys.
6. Continuously research emerging memory layout technologies and trends, driving adoption of future-proof strategies that align with client and industry standards.
7. Define technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives for memory layout design, ensuring delivery of innovative solutions that mitigate risk and support business growth.
