Job Summary
Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to lead enterprise Salesforce delivery and support engagements. The role requires ownership of end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, team coordination, and governance across implementation and AMS programs.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs.Drive requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, and delivery planning.Manage project schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones.Coordinate onshore/offshore teams including admins, developers, testers, and architects.Oversee Sales Cloud capabilities such as Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Territories, and Quotes.Oversee Service Cloud capabilities such as Cases, Omni-Channel, SLAs, Escalations, and Knowledge.Govern AMS L2/L3 support operations and ensure SLA adherence.Lead knowledge transition from incumbent vendors and stabilize operations.Manage change requests, SIT/UAT, releases, and go-live readiness.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and scalability.Prepare and maintain project documentation, Run Books, SOPs, and handover artifacts.
