Job Summary
Responsible & Decides
SAP User Management in all group-wide SAP systems
Life cycle of SAP USER – creation, maintenance, deactivation
Assignment of the correct SAP roles
Approval workflow for PROD systems and documentation of all changes
Further development and implementation of the software solution (XCW or other...)Understanding of role building and role development
Customization of roles as needed and required
Primary Responsibilities
Analysis of SAP users of all Zeppelin national companies
Creation and maintenance of all SAP users
Coordination with the specialist departments of the Zeppelin national subsidiaries
Further development of the security concept
Enforcement of requirements and guidelines
SAP License Management Support:
Cooperation with internal auditing
Support in the implementation of auditor specifications
Training / support of SAP and specialist departments
Knowledge transfer
Constant exchange with SAP authorization development
Coordination with the specialist departments – approvers "SAP User Owner"
Coordination with HR (On-Off Boarding Process)Goals & Vision
Central SAP User Management Group-wide:
Development of a homogeneous, group-wide SAP approval workflow
Only active SAP user licenses are paid (functioning process when changing tasks or departing employees)
Need to Know principle (Every employee only has what he needs)Support
Close cooperation with SAP authorization developers
Close cooperation with SAP Basis:
Coordination with the specialist departments (SAP User Owner / Country Leads)Tools (role-specific communication tools, communication tools, and work tools)
SAP – SU01, SU10
XCW Approval Workflow:
XAMS Authorization Development:
Ticket tool (iET / efecte)Education & Professional Experience
Completed commercial (or technical) training or comparable course of study
Basic SAP module knowledge for BC, CA, FI, CO, SD, LO, etc.
Experience with Access Management:
Experience in project management
