Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager – Transition Manager to lead and manage end‑to‑end project transitions, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, stable operations, and efficient handover from implementation to steady state. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional coordination skills, the ability to manage complex transitions, and a deep understanding of project governance and service management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Project Management Methodologies And Tools To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow Across Teams.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Delivers Exceptional Service That Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations, Utilizing Dmo Principles For Optimal Outcomes.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Goals And Expectations, Fostering A Culture Of Accountability And High Performance.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Development And Implementing Best Practices That Contribute To Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Organizational Capabilities, Leveraging Project Management Expertise To Achieve Business Results.

Skill Requirements

Technical / Functional Skills\r\n\r\n Strong understanding of Transition & Migration frameworks.\r\n Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).\r\n Knowledge of ITIL, service management, and operational governance.\r\n Experience in process mapping, SOP creation, and documentation.\r\n Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and project tracking tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
