Senior Technical Lead - Java, Spring, Hibernate, MongoDB

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible design, development, unit testing and for leading and overseeing the technical development and implementation of projects using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB. The role involves providing technical guidance, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the technical design and implementation of software projects using java, spring, hibernate, and mongodb.

2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

4. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in software development.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project timelines are met.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in java, spring, hibernate, and mongodb to drive continuous improvement.

7. Involve in planning, & estimation for development & delivery.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in java programming and development.

2. Proficient with spring framework, including spring boot, spring mvc, and spring security.

3. In-depth knowledge of hibernate for object relational mapping.

4. Proficient with relational database and nosql db

5. Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Strong communication and ability to effectively lead a technical team.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, or MongoDB are a plus.
