Key Responsibilities

Role Overview\\r\\n Provides operational and support-focused administration of VMware Workspace ONE UEM, handling day to day device management, user issues, and standard change requests in an enterprise environment.\\r\\n Key Responsibilities\\r\\n• Perform L1 support for Workspace ONE UEM\\r\\n• Support device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment\\r\\n• Manage iOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11, macOS devices\\r\\n• Configure and maintain profiles, restrictions, and policies\\r\\n• Troubleshoot enrollment failures, app install issues, and sync problems\\r\\n• Support Azure AD / Entra ID integration and certificate issues\\r\\n• Execute standard changes, upgrades, and health checks\\r\\n• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles\\r\\n Skills & Experience\\r\\n• 2–4 years in MDM / Endpoint Management / EUC\\r\\n•

Skill Requirements

Hands on experience with Workspace ONE UEM\\r\\n• Working knowledge of iOS, Android Enterprise, Windows MDM\\r\\n• Experience supporting Azure AD, AD, PKI, Conditional Access\\r\\n• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills\\r\\n \\r\\n Workspace ONE MDM Engineer – L3 Role\\r\\n Role Overview\\r\\n Acts as technical authority and escalation lead for Workspace ONE UEM, owning solution design, complex troubleshooting, platform optimization, and roadmap alignment.\\r\\n Key Responsibilities\\r\\n• Own L1 escalations and complex MDM issues\\r\\n• Design and optimize Workspace ONE UEM architecture\\r\\n• Lead enrollment strategy (ABM, Android Enterprise, Autopilot)\\r\\n• Define security, compliance, and conditional access models\\r\\n• Integrate Workspace ONE with Azure AD, SSO, PKI, and security tools\\r\\n• Drive platform upgrades, enhancements, and standardization\\r\\n• Support audits, risk reviews, and enterprise governance\\r\\n• Create design docs, runbooks, and best practices\\r\\n
