Job Summary

To support, maintain and ensure optimal performance of all equipment ,networks like servers or other computer systems for the assigned lab/project .

Key Responsibilities

1. To diagnose and fix hardware, software, network, and configuration problems in lab equipment and networks, keeping everything running smoothly for your project/lab.
2. To provide and enable new subnet access in the lab gateway as per project requirement.
3. To prepare the test bed topology setup as per the project requirements.
4. To attend to day to day lab related issues cases and maintain less down time.
5. To maintain lab equipment inventory of all the labs in assigned facility.
