Job Summary

The role requires a contractor who is skilled in IT Warehouse Asset management.

IT fulfillment, asset tag requests for purchase order receiving, related to multi-state customers. Maintain IT asset management record integrity. Maintains digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention. Maintains database record of various types of IT asset transactions. End-User technical support.

The role is essential to sustaining daily operational activities, including device provisioning, bricking/unbricking processes, asset tracking, and support for ongoing Optum integration and compliance-related initiatives.

Other Requirements

This contractor would be a AI User role which includes, but is not limited to consistent use of AI/Copilot for daily work and maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
