To have an understanding to the different facets services running to triage problem statement. 4. To know how to view Event viewer logs to triage incident problems. 5. Exposure to EAM application. 6. To have exposure to PROGMON (Process Monitoring). 7. To know how to find users added to AD group under a region. 8. Expertise on SSL implementation. 9. Good knowledge of Facets Application infrastructure Support Model. 10. Good Knowledge of Apache Webserver 11. Good Communication skills . 12. Ready to support 247 model. 13. 8 + years of expereince
