Job Summary
The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Operations) plays a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality standards and SLAs. This position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, mentoring, and strategic analysis to drive continuous improvement in support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support HP Non Stop Tandem environment covering DBA and Infra operations, ensuring system stability, database performance, replication support, and production issue resolution in a high-availability setup.
Skill Requirements
Provide production support and handle incident troubleshooting Manage** database operations**(SQL/MP, Enscribe – backup, recovery, space)Support** replication (RDF)**and system monitoring Perform performance monitoring and tuning
Support Pathway environments and system configurations
Work on TACL scripting and operational activities
Ensure high availability and system uptime
Other Requirements
Strong experience in **HP Non Stop / Tandem (NSK)**Mandatory: SQL/MP + Enscribe
Mandatory: TACL scripting
Exposure to Pathway / TMF / RDF (any 1–2)Experience in production / infra support roles
