Senior Technical Manager

Job Summary

To conceptualize| design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in M365 primarily Share Point Online

Experience with 13-15 years Develop and maintain software solutions for Content & Records Management products like, Share Point, O365, One Drive, Power Apps, and Power Automate etc., across customer globally. Assist with information management and business process automation using different technologies, integrations, frameworks, patterns in an agile manner following DevOps best practices. Should have extensive experience on Stakeholder management, financials, resource management

Key Responsibilities

1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team

2. To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery

3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.

5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

Skill Requirements

Resource should have extensive experience as technical manager on ECM platforms

• Facilitates demonstrations of the DMS functionality (M365 Share Point and any other ECM platform)
• Design, develop, and support solutions using Share Point Online (Modern Experience), Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Build Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps to digitize business processes
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and integrations

Customize Share Point:

o Lists, libraries, pages, metadata, and site structures
o Forms and workflows integrated with Power Platform

• Develop and support Share Point Framework (SPFx) solutions using React, Fluent UI, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph

Integrate Share Point and Power Platform with:

o Microsoft Teams, Outlook

• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve production and support tickets
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities and implement best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders during requirement gathering, demos, testing, and deployment
