Job Summary

Automation Platform Management: Design and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform automation. 2. Cloud & Infrastructure Automation: Automate AWS/Azure/OCI and hybrid environments. 3. Incident Reduction: Develop self-healing and auto-remediation scripts. 4. Monitoring Integration: Enable event-driven automation with observability tools. 5. SRE Alignment: Improve system reliability, SLA adherence, and performance monitoring. 6. CI/CD Support: Enhance deployment efficiency through reusable automation. 7. Governance & Documentation: Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3-level support, engineering, and optimization for automation platforms such as Ansible and Terraform to enable zero-touch provisioning, infrastructure automation, and operational efficiency across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

Skill Requirements

• Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Automation) - Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) - Python / Shell scripting
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI) - Linux / Windows administration

Other Requirements

Incident, Problem, Change Management, RCA, and SRE practices such as automation-first approach.
