About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong expertise in** Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions for the Insurance and Financial Services domain**. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, hands-on development expertise, and strong experience in Agentforce for Financial Services to enhance agent productivity and customer journeys

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements

Develop and customize applications using:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce configuration & declarative tools

Ensure high performance, maintainability, and scalability of solutions

Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features

Enhance Agentforce capabilities for Financial Services, focusing on:

Agent productivity

Customer relationship management

Sales and service workflows

Design solutions supporting:

Client onboarding
-
Policy servicing
-
Financial advisory journeys
--- 3. Integration & Architecture

Design and implement integrations with external systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Mule Soft)

Work on multi-system ecosystems (CRM, backend systems, third-party platforms)

Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across integrations
--- 4. Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with:

Translate functional requirements into technical solutions

Provide technical guidance in FSC and Agentforce implementations
