About the role

Job Summary

\\r\\n The Demand Management & Quote Approval Specialist supports the Account Management team in managing end-to-end demand planning activities and the quote approval process. This role acts as a key operational link between customers, Account Managers, and internal commercial teams, ensuring that demand signals are accurately captured, processed, and translated into approved quotes in a timely and compliant manner.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n Duties and responsibilities\\r\\n\\r\\n Demand Management\\r\\n\\r\\n• Collect, consolidate, and analyze customer demand data to support accurate forecasting and planning activities.\\r\\n• Monitor demand trends and flag significant deviations or risks to the Account Manager for review and action.\\r\\n• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, finance) to ensure demand signals are communicated and actioned appropriately.\\r\\n• Support the Account Manager in preparing demand review materials for internal and customer-facing meetings.\\r\\n• Track open demand requests and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n Quote Management & Approval\\r\\n\\r\\n• Prepare, review, and manage customer quotes in coordination with the Account Manager and commercial teams.\\r\\n• Ensure all quotes are accurate, complete, and compliant with pricing guidelines, company policies, and contractual terms.\\r\\n• Manage the quote approval workflow, coordinating sign-off from relevant stakeholders) within timelines.\\r\\n• Track the status of all quotes through the approval process and proactively follow up to avoid delays.\\r\\n• Maintain a structured log of all quotes, approvals, and related correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.\\r\\n• Support the resolution of discrepancies or queries related to quotes raised by customers or internal teams.\\r\\n Account Management Support\\r\\n\\r\\n• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Account Manager across demand and commercial activities.\\r\\n• Assist in preparing customer-facing reports, presentations, and status updates related to demand and quoting activities.\\r\\n• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information needed for demand planning and quote preparation.\\r\\n• Support the onboarding of new demand requests and ensure they are correctly captured and processed.\\r\\n Reporting & Documentation\\r\\n\\r\\n• Generate regular reports on demand status, quote pipeline, and approval cycle times for internal stakeholders and customers.\\r\\n• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all demand requests, quotes, and approvals.\\r\\n• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline demand management and quote approval workflows.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills\\r\\n Must Have:\\r\\n• Graduate in Business Administration with 2–4 years of experience in Account Management supporting role.\\r\\n• Experience in demand management, commercial operations, or a similar account support role.\\r\\n• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and approval workflows.\\r\\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.\\r\\n• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for demand and order management.\\r\\n• Experience with Service Now or similar tools for workflow tracking and reporting is an advantage.\\r\\n• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and d

Skill Requirements

Graduate in Business Administration with 2–4 years of experience in Account Management supporting role.\r\n• Experience in demand management, commercial operations, or a similar account support role.\r\n• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and approval workflows.\r\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.\r\n• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for demand and order management.\r\n• Experience with Service Now or similar tools for workflow tracking and reporting is an advantage.\r\n• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\r\n• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\r\n• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
