Senior Test Lead - PCB, ATE, LabVIEW

Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead is responsible for managing and leading the testing activities for allegro pcb,labview,ate dev (automated test system)hardware. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of test strategies, collaborating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of automated test systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automated test systems using allegro pcb, labview, and ate dev hardware.

2. Lead the testing team in conducting test activities, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement.

3. Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure proper integration of test systems and troubleshoot any hardware related issues.

4. Implement best practices for test automation and continuous improvement of testing processes.

5. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in using allegro pcb for designing printed circuit boards.

2. Experienced in developing test systems using labview for hardware testing.

3. Familiarity with ate (automated test equipment) development for hardware testing.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in allegro pcb, LabVIEW, or ATE development would be a plus.
