Requirement / Skill Type6+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on SAP PPMust to have Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) module Must to have Experience in configuring PP processes (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP, etc.)Must to have Expertise in Production Planning, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning Must to have Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning) processes Must to have Experience in Production Orders and Process Orders Must to have Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and QM modules Must to have Experience in S/4HANA PP functionalities Must to have Hands-on experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering Must to have Experience in configuration, testing, and support of SAP PP solutions Must to have Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues Must to have Knowledge of master data management (Material Master, BOM, Routing)Must to have Experience in end-to-end implementation or rollout projects Must to have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must to have Good communication and stakeholder management skills Must to have Experience with PP-PI (Process Industries)Nice to have Exposure to Advanced Planning (APO/IBP)Nice to have Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for PPNice to have Familiarity with integration tools or ABAP debugging Nice to have Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies Nice to have Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing concepts Nice to have

Key Responsibilities

1. To analyze the assigned PC/CI (production support/continuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions /fixes.

2. To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements.

3. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.

4. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.

5. To participate in team meetings.
