Job Summary
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management or Agile project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.
- Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product success.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) to manage product development.
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
- Engage with clients and sponsors to understand needs and communicate product vision.
- Apply prioritization techniques to manage backlog and deliver high-impact features.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment between product goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
