Senior Designer - Design Validation

Job Summary

The Senior Designer plays a critical role in ensuring that design outputs meet high-quality standards and align with project objectives and customer needs. This position requires a strong understanding of design validation principles and collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Articulate Design Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Alignment With Project Objectives And Customer Expectations.

2. Develop Interactive Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Using Design Tools Such As Sketch And Invision To Validate Design Concepts And Decision-Making.

3. Mentor And Guide Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise Through Training Sessions, Workshops, And Comprehensive Documentation.

4. Work Alongside Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers And Product Managers, To Ensure Software Design Integrates Seamlessly With Overall Project Goals And User Experience.

5. Engage With Quality Assurance Teams To Define Quality Metrics And Processes, Ensuring That Design Outputs Consistently Meet High-Quality Standards.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Design Validation Principles And Methodologies.

2. Strong Understanding Of Design Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Xd, Or Figma.

3. Familiarity With Prototyping Tools Like Invision Or Axure.

4. Good Knowledge Of User Experience (Ux) Design Principles And Best Practices.

5. Basic Understanding Of Front-End Development Technologies To Communicate Effectively With Development Teams.

Other Requirements
