Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure and transformation programs. This role will work closely with the Program Manager, Architects, and technical delivery teams to help coordinate activities, track delivery progress, manage reporting, and drive follow-through across multiple workstreams.
This role would suit someone early in their project delivery career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced technology environment. Attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn are far more important than formal qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery Support Support coordination of project activities, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. Maintain project schedules, action registers, RAID logs, and delivery trackers. Follow up on actions, dependencies, and outstanding items

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, bonus for Google suite.

Experience in project coordination, administration, PMO, or IT delivery environments.

Exposure to infrastructure, cloud, networking, or enterprise technology projects.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira and MS Project.
