Administrator - Wireless Networking

Job Summary

• 4–7 years of hands-on Network Operations / Support experience • Strong exposure to enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless Technologies.
• Hands on experience in Cisco LAN and Wireless area.
• Good hands-on experience in using monitoring tools (Solar Winds / CheckMK (monitoring).
• Experience in using Cisco ISE (user authentication issues) and Wireless management tools like Cisco Prime/DNAC.
• Should have experience in IPAM for DHCP/DNS

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day network operations.
• Monitor network health and respond to alerts.
• Manage Incidents, Service requests and Change requests (L1 escalations).
• Escalate complex issues to L3 with proper analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors for TAC support.
• Document and create SOPs.
