Tibco BW Technical Lead - DevOps

Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of DevOps solutions with a focus on tibco bw. They will oversee the technical team, ensure efficient delivery of solutions, and drive continuous improvement in the DevOps practices and tibco bw environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of devops solutions, specifically focusing on tibco bw.

2. Manage and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

4. Implement best practices for ci/cd pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code in tibco bw environment.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to devops solutions and tibco bw.

6. Drive innovation and improvement in devops processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in tibco bw and strong understanding of devops principles.

2. Experience in designing and implementing ci/cd pipelines for tibco bw projects.

3. Knowledge of automation tools such as jenkins, git, and ansible for devops solutions.

4. Familiarity with containerization technologies like docker and kubernetes.

5. Ability to work in an agile environment and lead cross functional teams effectively.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced setting.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements

1.TIBCO i Way is preferred

Certification in tibco bw or relevant DevOps certifications are a plus.
