Job Summary

This role drives operational excellence for enterprise messaging platforms, overseeing the management, optimization, and support of complex Postfix/Sendmail and O365 messaging environments on Unix/Linux. The individual ensures robust service delivery, solves high-impact issues, and champions process innovation to align messaging services with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Senior Platform Manager to join our dynamic Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant administration, architecture, and infrastructure topics. This role requires a solid knowledge of various Microsoft 365 products, including Share Point, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Purview, Copilot, Planner, Forms, Whiteboard, etc. The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience working as an Infrastructure Architect managing Microsoft 365 tenants for large-size company.

• Total 12 years of exp and Relevant exp in Project Mgmt. must be 7+ Years specific to M365.

• 7+ exp in technical operational manager / EUC manager role .

• Foundational knowledge in Networking components, Azure Cloud , Windows server .

• Certified Project Manager or ITIL certified will be preferred.

• Mid size to large projects handling.

• Multiple and Complex projects exposure .

Skill Requirements

• Architecture and Design: Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.

• Technical Product Ownership: Act as the product owner accountable & responsible for Microsoft 365 Copilot - leading projects, implementation, and consulting around the area of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• People Management: Lead and manage a team of 5–6 architects. Oversee their work on platform support, configuration management, incident resolution, and operational excellence. Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career development guidance.

• Infrastructure Projects & Evergreen: Implement & steer mid to large scale org-wide infrastructure projects around Microsoft 365. Evaluate and implement new features from the Microsoft 365 (evergreen) message center,

• Tenant Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Henkel tenant – admin configurations, features and ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.

• GDPR & Privacy Compliance: Act as the primary interface between the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform team and internal/external stakeholders in Legal, Data Privacy (GDPR), and Security. Ensure all platform initiatives, deployments, and changes are reviewed for compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Security Governance: Collaborate with security teams to assess risks, implement security controls, and respond to evolving threats. Participate in security reviews, audits, and incident response activities related to Microsoft 365 Copilot and associated services.

• License Management: Manage Microsoft 365 licenses to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Microsoft 365 solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.

1. Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (Recommended)
2. Linux Foundation Certified Engineer (LFCE) or similar (Optional but valuable
