Job Summary
Biz Talk Server – Senior Consultant (E2)
Role Summary:
Provide support for Biz Talk Server environments, ensuring smooth message processing, system availability, and SLA compliance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Biz Talk applications, interfaces, and message flows
- Handle incidents, failed messages, and suspended instances
- Perform basic troubleshooting when required
- Use Biz Talk Admin Console / Biz Talk360 for monitoring and alerts
- Support deployments, restarts, and routine health checks
- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Biz Talk Server
- Understanding of adapters, pipelines, orchestrations
- XML fundamentals and basic SQL knowledge
- Windows Server and ITIL-based ticket handling
Experience:
- 6- 8 years in Biztalk support
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
