About the role
Job Summary
Print, Imaging, Build & Staging – Technical Specialist (L2) - Resource will perform imaging, build and staging tasks for end user devices onsite, ensuring smooth functioning of the endpoint landscape. This role encompasses creation and maintenance of standardized system images, complete device preparation for deployment, asset tagging, testing and quality assurance, packaging and logistics, timely staging and dispatch, onsite installation at user locations, and strict adherence to SLA performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and maintenance of standardized system images to ensure consistency and compliance 2. Perform complete device preparation for deployment (hardware inspection, OS installation, application loading, device configuration) 3. Conduct Printer certification (New and Refresh) 4. Carry out asset tagging and maintain inventory records 5. Execute testing and quality assurance on prepared devices 6. Package devices and coordinate logistics for staging and dispatch 7. Ensure timely staging and dispatch as per SLA (≥ 95% within 5 business days & 98% Staging Quality pass rate) 8. Perform onsite installations at customer/user locations efficiently (≥ 95% within 5 business days) 9. Collaborate with other EUC teams and customers to resolve issues and support end users 10. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions 11. Support expedited requests and adhere to defined delivery timelines 12. Report status and escalate issues per defined RACI framework 13. Assist with Asset Management tasks if needed 14. Contribute to continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing 15. Able to speak fluently in German and English 16. Ready for travel to support BAU tasks and activities 17. Willingness to support Project activities within the 40 hours per week 18. Follow the Process & Quality Guidelines 19. Provide reports of track and technologies 20. Willingness to work in Shifts as it may vary as per requirement Qualification • B-Tech or equivalent bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Relevant certifications in endpoint management or imaging technologies are a plus Note : Remote working is not an option, Its an onsite role from customer’s office
