About the role
Job Summary
In this role, the Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing Component Cost Estimation, Supplier Collaboration and Negotiation, Supplier Development & Management. The primary focus will be on optimizing costs, fostering effective collaboration with suppliers, and enhancing the performance and relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the component cost estimation process to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for components.

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and agreements that benefit the organization.

Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve relationships with suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance supplier performance.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross functional teams on cost estimation, collaboration, negotiation, and supplier development.

Other Requirements
