Oracle Cloud EPM Product Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EPM Solution Lead with strong expertise in** Oracle EPM Cloud** to lead design, implementation, and transformation initiatives across enterprise performance management processes. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end ownership of EPM architecture spanning** Planning, Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, Profitability & Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management**.

This role requires deep functional finance knowledge combined with strong technical leadership in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. EPM Strategy & Solution Architecture

• Lead end-to-end EPM solution design aligned with enterprise finance strategy.

• Architect integrated solutions across:

• Planning Modules: EPBCS, PBCS, Workforce Planning, Capex Planning, Financials Planning

• Consolidation & Close: FCCS

• Account Reconciliation: ARCS

• Profitability & Cost Management: PCMCS

• Enterprise Data Management: EDMCS

• Define solution blueprints, integration strategy, data flows, and governance framework.

• Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and best practice adherence.

2. Planning & Budgeting Solutions (EPBCS / PBCS)

• Lead design and implementation of:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Workforce Planning

• Capital Expenditure (Capex) Planning

• Driver-based and rolling forecasts

• Configure business rules, forms, dashboards, Smart View templates.

• Implement scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and predictive planning capabilities.

3. Consolidation & Financial Close (FCCS)

• Design and deploy consolidation processes including:

• Multi-entity consolidation

• Intercompany eliminations

• Currency translation

• Ownership management

• Configure consolidation rules, journals, close calendar, and reporting packages.

• Improve close cycle efficiency and governance controls.

4. Account Reconciliation (ARCS)

• Implement automated reconciliation processes.

• Configure transaction matching rules and workflows.

• Enhance compliance, auditability, and reconciliation transparency.

• Integrate ARCS with ERP and FCCS for seamless close management.

5. Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS)

• Design cost allocation models and profitability analysis frameworks.

• Implement driver-based allocations and activity-based costing (ABC).

• Build reporting models for product, customer, and channel profitability.

• Support strategic decision-making through detailed margin analysis.

6. Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS)

• Implement enterprise-wide metadata governance.

• Design hierarchy management processes across Planning, FCCS, and ERP systems.

• Establish change management workflows for master data.

• Ensure consistency and alignment of dimensions across EPM applications.

7. Integration & Technical Leadership

• Design integrations between Oracle EPM Cloud and ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, etc.).

• Utilize Data Management, FDMEE, APIs, EPM Automate, and REST integrations.

• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and automation processes.

• Lead migration strategies from on-prem Hyperion to Oracle EPM Cloud.

8. Stakeholder & Program Leadership

• Act as the primary solution advisor to Finance leadership.

• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution demos.

• Manage offshore/onshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.

• Drive governance, risk management, and change management initiatives.

Skill Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion solutions.

• Strong expertise across:

• EPBCS / PBCS (Workforce, Capex, Financials)

• FCCS

• ARCS

• PCMCS

• EDMCS

• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

• Experience in end-to-end EPM implementation lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support).

• Hands-on experience in business rules, calculation scripts, data integrations, and reporting.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading global delivery teams.

Other Requirements

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / SAP integration.

• Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP reporting standards.

• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.

• Experience in multi-country, multi-currency implementations.

• Exposure to digital finance transformation programs.
