Completed at least 2 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Compensation.

Strong Functional Knowledge of:

Workforce compensation

Individual compensation

Salary management

Compensation plans and budget

Good understanding of Oracle core HR:

Key Responsibilities

Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration testing and deployment.

Skill Requirements

8-12 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM

Minimum 5 years hands on experience in Oracle HCM cloud implementation,

Other Requirements

1.Oracle HCM Cloud certification in HCM compensation is preferred.

Exposure to additional Oracle HCM modules is an advantage

Experience working in global compensation environments
