Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for Critical Manufacturing (MES) solutions, including functional specs, user manuals, and training materials aligned with manufacturing workflows. Collaborate with MES consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into clear technical content. Ensure documentation supports multi-site deployments, integrations, and standardized templates within MES environments. Drive consistency, version control, and compliance with industry and project documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide guidance and direction to Technical Publications team

2. To understand the maintenance and repair requirements of the products, and communicate with the customer to ensure that the maintenance and repair requirements are captured in the manuals.

3. To develop methods and procedures to ensure Technical Publications Documents are in conformance with Technical Publication Standards.

4. To understand the customer requirement.

5. To execute project planning, tracking, effort estimation, task allocation to team, and preparation of project status reports and ensure consistent quality and timeliness of output.
