Job Summary

Database Administrator with strong MS SQL Server expertise and working knowledge of MongoDB to support enterprise client environments under SLA-driven delivery models.

Key Skills:

• Primary: Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) • Secondary: MongoDB • Backup, Restore, Performance Tuning, HA/DR • ITIL-based support, Incident & Change Management Responsibilities:
• Administer and support MS SQL Server databases in production/non-production.
• Handle performance tuning, backup & recovery, HA/DR.
• Support MongoDB databases (basic admin, backups, troubleshooting).
• Work in client-facing, 24x7 support environments with on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with application, infra, and client teams to meet SLAs.
• Prepare RCA, health reports, and improvement recommendations.

Good to Have:

• Cloud DB exposure (Azure SQL / AWS RDS / MongoDB Atlas) • PowerShell / T-SQL scripting • BFSI / Insurance client experience
