About the role
Job Summary
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Simulation Engineer with hands-on experience in T Sim software to support client requirements involving simulation-based comparison of multiple setups and configurations. The selected candidate will work closely with client engineering teams to run simulations, analyze outcomes, and provide data-driven insights to support design and system-level decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and execute simulations using T Sim software
- Perform comparative simulation studies across different configurations, operating conditions, or scenarios
- Analyze simulation outputs to evaluate performance, trends, sensitivities, and trade-offs
- Validate models and ensure accuracy, consistency, and repeatability of simulation results
- Prepare comparison reports, plots, dashboards, and presentation-ready summaries
- Document assumptions, simulation methodology, and findings
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to understand requirements and refine analysis scope
- Support technical discussions, reviews, and decision-making using simulation insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory
- Hands-on working experience with T Sim simulation tool
- Strong fundamentals in simulation and modeling
- Experience in performing multi-scenario or multi-setup comparison studies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret simulation results and communicate insights clearly
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Systems / Industrial Engineering or related field
- Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in client-facing or consulting roles
- Exposure to system-level, process, or physics-based simulations
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Python, MATLAB, etc.)
- Experience in preparing technical reports and client presentations

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical results in a clear and structured manner
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Good stakeholder management skills

Design And Develop Custom Tools Utilizing Hypermesh For Fea Analysis Based On Client Specifications, Ensuring They Meet Performance And Safety Criteria.

Lead The Technical Design Process By Determining The Optimal Configuration Of Modules And Databases For Fea Applications, Aligning Solutions With Business Requirements And Industry Best Practices.

Prepare Capability Presentations And Assessments To Effectively Communicate Project Proposals And Technical Solutions To Clients.

Coordinate Project Management Activities Including The Creation Of Project Plans, Resource Allocation, And Facilitation Of Team Activities To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Solutions.

Mentor And Train Consulting Team Members To Enhance Their Skills In Fea Analysis And Hypermesh, Fostering Professional Growth And Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.
