SAP Security and GRC Lead Consultant

Job Summary

• 5+ years of SAP Security
• ECC, BWBI, BPC, SRM applications 2-3 end to end Implemention is Must Proven experience in SAP security administration Should have experience in security of SAP S4 (Fiori, Analytics cloud, BW4Hana, Hana DB, MDG, and GRC) Strong understanding of security principles, risk management, audit and compliance frameworks. Proficient understanding of critical sensitive access and segregation of duties risks, violations and able assist with defining remediation strategies Has the ability to assess business role requirements, maintain authorization roles and manage supporting authorizations Provide analytical support of security related errors and enhancement requests to help drive top tier customer support Work closely with the global SAP security team to manage priorities, ticket metrics and team status readouts Competent in providing quality end user support including addressing tickets, submitting access requests, troubleshoot errors and related support tasks Understands processes and downstream impacts to provide recommendations for simplification and process improvements Cross-train with team members to be able to provide backup support and time zone coverage for urgent requests; this includes: Perform upkeep and operational functions for security role and profile changes, security related job monitoring and error troubleshooting. Manage user administration including monitoring stale requests, processing approvals, assisting with passwords, monitoring of user accounts and validation of security controls. Assist with GRC administration activities including risk and role management, implementation of process improvements and configuration, testing of changes, regression testing end to end processes and validation of related security controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and administer sap security grc (governance, risk, and compliance) solutions.
2. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement security best practices and policies.
4. Provide expertise in resolving security incidents and implementing security patches and upgrades.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on security protocols and procedures.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sap security grc administration, including user access controls, role maintenance, and security policies.
2. Strong knowledge of sap grc tools such as access control, process control, and risk management.
3. Experience in designing and implementing security solutions within sap landscapes.
4. Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
