About the role

Job Summary

  • INTEGRATED COMMAND CENTER L1 - CC OPS Technical Requirement • Minimum of 2 years of Experience in Datacentre tools monitoring and operation • Must have worked with large customers • Experience in Monitoring of real-time performance of computer system and controlling system from one tool to another tool.
  • Eager to learn new tools • Good Knowledge of Server / Network monitoring environment • Ability to monitor system threshold, identification failure, action and resolving issues quickly • Experience in Datacentre facility monitoring General Requirement • Willingness to work in 24/7 shift environment (Including nights, weekends and holidays) • Strong trouble shooting skills • Ability to work well under- pressure within high performance driven environment • Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Understanding of ITIL methodology and processes.
  • Up-to date technical knowledge • Root cause analysis preparation, meeting SLA • Service/client centric approach.
