Technical Consultant

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing consultancy, governance, and tracking support for the consolidation of legacy solutions into strategic central platforms. The position works closely with IT Application Owners (ITAOs) and Authentication Engineering teams to facilitate and drive the migration of affected applications from legacy systems to centralized solutions.

In certain cases, the role will also require hands-on technical support where application teams or ITAOs lack the necessary expertise to successfully complete onboarding/migrations.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end consultancy for migrating applications from legacy solutions to strategic central platforms.

• Track and monitor migration progress, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with IT Application Owners and Authentication Engineering teams to plan and execute migrations.

• Identify technical gaps and provide hands-on support where required.

• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.

• Ensure adherence to Information Security standards and guidelines throughout the migration lifecycle.

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of Information Security processes, especially Identity & Access Management
