Job Summary

This role supports the organization's legal function by providing advanced proficiency in legal analysis, compliance and contract management, and compliance for IT sector operations. The position ensures that business activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations, mitigates legal risks, and contributes to the development of robust legal frameworks that enable secure and compliant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and negotiate IT service agreements and software licensing contracts using advanced legal research tools and contract management platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
2. Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements and data privacy laws by applying expertise in legal compliance tools and frameworks relevant to the IT sector.
3. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technology transactions and vendor engagements using legal analytics and document management systems.
4. Support dispute resolution and litigation processes by preparing documentation and evidence using e-discovery platforms and legal case management software.
5. Monitor changes in technology law and regulations, updating internal policies and procedures using legal knowledge management systems to maintain organizational compliance.
