Track Lead - Solarwinds NPM, PowerShell, Python

Job Summary

Provide L3 support, configuration, and optimization for the Solar Winds platform to enable proactive monitoring, event correlation, and performance visibility across network and infrastructure environments

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize Solarwinds Npm To Enhance Operational Systems By Developing Dashboards And Reports That Facilitate Improved Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow.

2. Implement Powershell Scripts To Automate Routine Tasks, Thereby Optimizing Business Processes And Supporting Organizational Planning.

3. Engage With Clients To Fully Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Is Aligned And Meeting Client Expectations.

4. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Establishing Clear Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering An Environment Of Collaboration And Accountability.

5. Drive Innovation By Proposing New Ideas For Process Development That Contribute To Overall Organizational Progress And Improved Service Delivery.

6. Analyze Operational Metrics And Provide Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Utilizing Python For Data Analysis To Support Business Results.

Skill Requirements

• Solar Winds (NPM, alerting, dashboards) - Network technologies (LAN/WAN/Firewall/SD-WAN) - Windows/Linux systems knowledge
• Monitoring and observability tools
• Basic scripting (preferred)
