Job Summary

• Responsible for end to end delivery, including requirement gathering, development, System testing, UAT support, deployment and warranty support.

• Responsible for all stakeholder managements - business and IT

• Need to co-ordinate with all the teams like Dev. QA, Support and Business stakeholders.

• Need to update the weekly and monthly reports and forecast.

• Proactively manage the updates and communication with business and other stakeholders.

• Risk and Release management

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

• Strong Healthcare Payer domain Knowledge

• Facets configurations (plan, group), understand enrollment process, Claim Process, Eligibility , claim extract, Accumulator calculation

• Strong leadership skills who can drive the end-to-end delivery of the team

• 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst for Healthcare payer domain

• Extensive experience of working in waterfall and Agile methodology.

• Good communication skill for requirement gathering as this would be business facing role.

• Strong in Documenting the Business Requirement Specifications (BRD).

• Handon experience of Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Good understanding of SQL queries etc.

• Should have basic understanding of API and should able to check results of API using Postman
