Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple domains.

• Act as the primary client-facing liaison, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

• Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

• Conduct operations analysis to identify process gaps and implement improvements.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

• Strong expertise in Agile project management frameworks.

• Proven ability in client coordination and stakeholder management.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience in operations analysis and process optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana)

• Scrum master certified to manage project and client relationships

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 11+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/operations.

• PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications are a strong plus.
